Hi true believers!!

I need to if it's just me or is Jesper Binzer (the best singer in the world by the way) getting a little bit fat.. I know he's getting older, and he still gets all my respect, but his jacket is getting a little bigger and his face too.

When have we last seen his torso whitout close on??

I wouldn't call him fat, but he's got a slightly bigger tummy than a few years ago, and so what? (If it's all for love)!?
But his "bakkenbarder" are also getting bigger, maybe they make his face look bigger.

Anyway I don't care, slim or fat - the music is great!

Klaus

Have anyone tried to make the "Jamaica pizza" and the "Hoppe tunasalad"? I'd really like to try to make them, especially rhe tunasalad, it really looks delecious. I've made pizzas a la Mik, and it's really good! So I'm not going to pizzarias so often anymore!

Sem, mission accomplished!

The recepie is right here:

http://www.dr.dk/p3/hjemmeservice/opskrifter/jesper_binzer.asp

Let's hope you can make it look better than Jesper did, ha ha. They had some trouble with that pizza! Smiley

If you try it, please write a few lines about it here.

hehe.. thin'k Ill try that recipe as well... as for the recipe sem uses, it's quite easy:

B-)Ingredients:
- phonbook (or at leas the number of the local pizzeria)
- a phone
- the address of your current position
- knowing the type of pizza you want
- Money

T:-)As for making the pizza - here goes:
First you add the phone number to the phone - make sure it's mixed in correctly, and when you hear a voice in the phone, you place the order by putting the type of pizza and address in the phone (be sure the voice has understood it).

:o)after these procedures, you wait while the pizza finishes up and puts itself in a box.
When you hear the doorbell or a knock on the door, be sure to have the money ready, as you might be beat up if you don't.
Open the door and give the money to the person in the door and now: enjoy your almost homemade pizza Smiley-pirate

Well, those times when I've met Jesper, then his head has always been a little bit bigger than anyone else. I don't say this to bring any harm on Jesper..
And really who cares if Jesper is getting a little bit fat. I think we all have been eating well in the Christmas, don't we??? We are still in January, remember??
I must admit that I really don't like Jesper's "barkenbarder", but even if I like them or not, then it's still Jesper's decision to keep them or not! But please, do not cut your hair!

This is a bit of topic but I got to know... "barkenbarder" is that sideburns or what? I will not take part in the fattening discussion I leave that to the rest of you guys =)...

Hi Leona... long time no see...

I am willing to give it a try, I will not guarantee for any mishaps during translation, but I'll do my best. I'm headed for work now, but I hope I can find some time during the next couple of days.

How are things btw downunder?

"Uden Torleif var det blevet en calzone!"

"Without Torleif, it would have turned into a calzone!"

Here is a rough translation of the recipe on dr.dk:

"Jamaica-pizza

You take two and a half deciliter lukewarm water and dissolve half a package of yeast in it{1}. Add a nice gulp of syrup or honey, some olive oil, a little salt and perhaps a small handful of oregano, perhaps fresh basil leaves, or sundried tomatoes cut in small pieces. Then just add durum flour or wheat flour... and KNEAD! Put away and let it rise for 20 minutes, and turn the oven on; 220 degrees.

A can of pureed tomatos is opened and poured into a bowl, add a similar amount of olive oil, salt, pepper, a little chili, syrup or honey, and this is where you can add the stuff you didn't add to the dough (i.e.: the sundried tomatos, or the basil leaves, or the oregano...)

Grate a gouda from Netto{2}, lightly cook some stuff from the vegetable shelf, cut a sausage in 20 slices, or some thawed-and-towel paper drained shrimp... mange ting for the small imagination.

Knead the dough some more, and split it in 2 equal sized parts. Do the moves you have seen at your local pizza-place (or use a rolling pin), and make 2 nice thin, round LPs on a casserole pan each (which you have previously greased with Kærgården{3}). Put tomatosauce on and put the lightly cooked vegetables and the shrimps one of them and the sausage on the other. Generously spread the grated cheese over them and put them in the oven for 20 minutes. One for the adults, one for the others...."
